A Memorable Family Escape with Wonderful Service

Our family had a truly enjoyable stay! The kids loved the vibrant kids club with amazing water slides. The staff, particularly Tushar, were incredible, making our meals delightful and accommodating our requests with a warm smile. Relaxing by the pool was a great way to unwind. Bring sunblock!

We enjoyed a spacious four-bedroom apartment with stunning views. The outdoor pools were fantastic for family fun, while the fitness center kept us active. A mini grocery before reception was super convenient. Our concierge, Amit, was an absolute gem, always smiling and ready to assist. Definitely a place to unwind and make lasting memories!

The four-bedroom apartment was huge and perfect for our family of seven. The spacious living area allowed the kids to run around, and we loved the variety of options at breakfast, especially the fresh pastries. The pool area was relaxing and enjoyable for everyone.

In my wife’s opinion, the kids wished there were more dedicated activities for them within the hotel. Improved play areas would make a huge difference for families.

The two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family. The staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness made our stay more enjoyable. The pool was lovely and provided a nice area for relaxation. The panoramic city view from our balcony added an extra layer of charm to our experience.

However, the amenities in the apartment could use a bit more attention to detail.

the grand hyatt had amazing facilities with a superb two-bedroom apartment that was spacious and quiet. we loved the daily cleaning service and the convenience of a nearby shop for essentials. the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed a relaxing custom massage with signature oils at the spa.

Woke up to spacious rooms and a lovely pool area. The staff was incredibly friendly, promptly helping with our requests, making us feel truly valued.

Unfortunately, the marble floors were slippery after cleaning, leading to a risky fall for my elderly father. Housekeeping needs to improve safety measures as this was concerning.
